Please have payment ready before the end of your pet‘s service.

~ Deposits are required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot. 

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.  

~All deposits are deducted from your final total.
~ The remaining balance is due following completion of service.  

~ Service descriptions are provided, please read prior to booking, please reach out prior to booking if you have questions regarding services.
~ Service durations are general assumption. Duration is based on coat quality, temperament, and overall health of the pet.

~Dogs 44lbs and lighter are considered Small Dogs.

~Dogs 45lbs and heavier are considered Large Dogs.

~ Late arrivals have a grace period of 15 minutes *only if communicated to Bri*.

~ If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 Late Fee. 

~ If you are more than 25 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.

~ No call / No show appointments will be BANNED from booking.

~ You are welcome to reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to your appointment using your confirmation email. 

~ I do not comb mats out!

~ If matted fur covers more than 40% of your pup's coat, or if the matting results in inhumane injury or discomfort for the pup, I reserve the right to shave the pup completely down or refuse service all together.

~ There is a $15 matted coat fee.
