~ Deposits are required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot. 

Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.  
~ The remaining balance is due following completion of service.  

~ Service descriptions are provided, please read prior to booking, please reach out prior to booking if you have questions regarding services.
~ Service durations are general assumption. Duration is based on coat quality and temperament of the pet.

~ Late arrivals have a grace period of 15 minutes *only if communicated to Bri*.

~ Late arrivals whom have not reached out to Bri have a grace period of 10 minutes, after the appointment will be canceled.
~ No call / No show appointments are blocked from booking.

~ You are welcome to reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to your appointment using your confirmation email.

~ If you’d like to be put on a recurring schedule please reach out following your appointment.
